Richard spent over a decade developing the concept for a leading-edge marketing & communications agency that would service the financial services industry better than any other agency in the world. His vision would lead to the creation of Ext. Marketing. Richard then spent many years putting together an industry-leading team that could deliver on that promise. As CEO of Ext. Marketing, Richard is responsible for the company’s strategy, culture, vision, revenue and operations. Richard’s days are spent building Ext. Marketing into the global leader in financial services marketing and managing the day-to-day functioning of the company. Richard has also been a passionate supporter of Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter – as both a donor and volunteer – for almost 15 years. Prior to co-founding Ext. Marketing, Richard ran a communications firm catering exclusively to the financials space, as well as occupying various senior marketing & communications roles at some of the world’s largest financial services firms, including TD Asset Management, Franklin Templeton Investments and John Hancock.
