The Production Designer will report to Ext. Marketing Inc.’s Studio Manager. You are a strong team player with a background in print and digital design on the client-side of the financial services industry. You are committed to business results, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal team members and liaising with external resourses. You will be responsible for representing and articulating the ‘design voice’ on projects, as well as executing and transitioning concepts from design to Office Suite.
We are looking for an Account Director to lead key account management, provide oversight and day-to-day mentoring of the Account team. You will work collaboratively to elevate ext.’s offering and help to grow the business by nurturing strong relationships and identifying opportunities for further client support. The Account Director will lead client-facing deliverables and have strong people leadership skills, excellent client relationship management experience, as well as a high level of financial acumen.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report to ext.’s Digital Account Manager and work collaboratively to develop the company’s Digital Marketing strategy and execute key projects that align with the company’s priorities. You will have the opportunity to leverage your understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to all digital initiatives as ext. builds out its digital offering. You will partner closely with internal teams and outside clients & partners to create targeted initiatives that drive real business results.
The Account Manager knows how to drive team success. You are a strong team player with experience in financial services or account management – ideally both. You have a client-first approach and are a champion of communication and connecting with others. You take ownership of a project’s entire life cycle, communicating and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that delivery is on time and executed with excellence. You understand that nothing gets done without a team of people, and you build strong relationships to drive successful outcomes. You know how to manage successful projects and win the trust of clients and prospects. You have sound decision making skills and an ability to understand the strategy and business needs. At the same time, you are willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure that the work gets done.
The Account Associate reports to the Account Director, supporting the accounts team and business development. You are a strong team player with a commitment to detail, organization and efficiency. Timelines matter to you. You have a client-first mentality and are a champion of communication and connecting with others. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and learn – or bring new ideas to the table.
