Manny Da Silva

Manny is an account service leader and manager. He has 17 years of agency experience servicing clients in a wide variety of industries across a diverse portfolio of marketing initiatives. These include brand, content strategies, CRM marketing, campaigns, lead nurture and websites.

As VP, Delivery & Client Success, Manny leads and guides Ext. Marketing’s cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, on-the-mark deliverables. He coaches and mentors account and project managers in exceeding client expectations, developing effective work methodologies and work plans, and elevating the client experience. Driven by curiosity, Manny gets to know his clients’ businesses, constantly calibrating to align processes and work with client needs and goals.

Prior to his agency life, he worked in various rolls within the financial services industry. Outside of work, Manny’s favourite pastime is spending time with his 150-pound St. Bernard/Mastiff cross.
